When to Request an Extended Trial
You can request an extended trial if:
You need more time to evaluate the app’s premium features.
Your setup or onboarding was delayed.
You’re testing complex features and waiting for approvals.
We understand that every store setup is different, so we’re happy to extend your trial period in genuine cases.
How to Request an Extended Trial
Option 1: From the App Dashboard
Log in to your Shopify Admin and open the installed app.
Start a chat with us
Type in a new message Extend my trial.
Add additional details about why you need the trial to be extended.
Someone from our team will revert to your soon with an answer.
Option 2: Contact Support
If the in-app option isn’t available:
Send an email to [email protected] or use the in-app chat widget.
Include the following details:
Store name and Shopify domain (e.g., mystore.myshopify.com)
App name
Reason for extension (e.g., need time to test QR features, store under construction)
What Happens Next
Our team reviews your request within 24 hours.
If approved, your trial will be extended automatically — you’ll receive a confirmation email.
You can continue using all premium features during the extended period.
Best Practices
Request Early: Don’t wait until your trial expires — reach out at least 2-3 days before.
Be Specific: Clearly mention your reason for extension; this helps us approve faster.
Stay Active: We prioritize extension requests from merchants actively testing or setting up the app.
Summary
If you need more time to evaluate the app, requesting an extended trial is easy. You can do it directly from your app dashboard or by contacting support — our team is happy to help you make the most of your trial experience.
