Customizing Stop Actions & Colors

1️⃣ Create Custom Stop Actions

Create and manage custom stop actions to match your delivery process:
Custom Statuses:

  • Being Packed – Order is being packed.

  • Packed – Order is packed but not ready for pickup.

  • Arrived At Location – Driver reached delivery location.

2️⃣ Customize Stop Actions & Colors

  • Go to dashboard and select settings.

  • Select Delivery tab.

  • Go to Stop Actions & Notifications and enable custom statuses.

  • Edit Label: Rename the status (e.g., "Being Packed").

  • Select Color: Assign a color for quick identification.

  • Click Save to apply changes.

4️⃣ Mobile App (Driver App)

  • Driver sees assigned stops with custom statuses (e.g., Being Packed, Arrived At Location).

  • Each status appears with selected color for easy recognition.
