1️⃣ Create Custom Stop Actions
Create and manage custom stop actions to match your delivery process:
Custom Statuses:
Being Packed – Order is being packed.
Packed – Order is packed but not ready for pickup.
Arrived At Location – Driver reached delivery location.
2️⃣ Customize Stop Actions & Colors
Go to dashboard and select settings.
Select Delivery tab.
Go to Stop Actions & Notifications and enable custom statuses.
Edit Label: Rename the status (e.g., "Being Packed").
Select Color: Assign a color for quick identification.
Click Save to apply changes.
4️⃣ Mobile App (Driver App)
Driver sees assigned stops with custom statuses (e.g., Being Packed, Arrived At Location).
Each status appears with selected color for easy recognition.
