Driver Check-in Guide

Driver Check-in helps drivers start their shifts from the correct location, improving operational accuracy and accountability.

What is Driver Check-in?

Driver Check-in requires drivers to physically check in at a store or delivery location before starting their shift. This ensures:

  • Drivers are within 200 meters of the designated store location.

  • Shifts start only when drivers are checked in.

  • Automatic daily check-out occurs at a set time.

How to Enable Driver Check-in

1. Go to Settings in your dashboard.

2. Click on the Driver tab.

3. Under Driver Check-in, select the checkbox 'Enable check-in'.

4. Set the automatic check-out time (e.g., 12:00 AM) for daily log out.

Driver Check-in (Mobile App)

When Driver Check-in is enabled, drivers must check in on their mobile app before accessing deliveries.

How Drivers Can Check In

  1. Open the Driver App to see the Check-in screen.

  2. Tap 'Check In' to start your shift and access delivery orders.

Manual Check-out

  • Drivers can manually check out anytime from the Profile screen in the mobile app.

  • This allows drivers to end their shift early without waiting for automatic check-out.

  • After manual check-out, drivers must check in again to resume deliveries.
