What is Driver Self-Serve?
Driver Self-Serve allows drivers to manage deliveries without dispatcher involvement. When enabled:
Drivers can view available orders on their mobile app.
They can pick up and complete deliveries independently.
Dispatchers save time and reduce manual workload.
This enhances efficiency, speeds up deliveries, and reduces operational costs.
How to Enable Driver Self-Serve
Log in to your Admin Dashboard.
Go to Settings.
In Settings, go to the Driver tab.
Enable Driver Self-Serve.
What Happens Next?
Drivers can view available orders at the store where they check in.
They can pick orders and complete deliveries.
Dispatchers no longer need to manually assign orders, saving time and reducing workload.
Note: Only drivers checked in at a store will see available orders.
How to Use on Mobile APP
Check in at Store Location.
Tap on an order tab to view details.
Select Pick Order to claim it.
