The Driver Earnings feature helps you manage tips for drivers who deliver orders. This ensures drivers are properly compensated for their service.
Follow these steps to enable and view Driver Earnings:
1. Enable Driver Earnings:
Go to Settings → Driver Tab
Check the box 'Enable Driver Earnings'.
Once enabled, customer tips will be added to the driver's earnings after each delivery.
2. View Earnings:
Navigate to the Drivers section.
In the driver details screen, scroll to the Earnings section.
Click on 'Earned' or 'Paid' to open the Driver Earnings screen showing 'Driver Earnings History' and 'Payout History'.
Admins can use bulk payouts to clear multiple pending tips at once. Processed payouts reflect in the 'Payout History' tab and update the paid and pending totals.
How to view on Mobile App:
Go to Driver Profile -> Earnings section
Click on 'Earnings' to see 'Driver Earnings History' and 'Payout History'.
