Add Proof of Delivery to Shopify Delivery Confirmation Email

Step-by-step guide to customize Shopify notification templates for adding proof of delivery.

Super Local Delivery > Delivered(Email)

  1. Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Notifications

  2. Under Customers notifications, find Super Local Delivery > Delivered

  3. Paste the following code at the bottom of the Email body (HTML) section.

Super Local Delivery > Delivered(SMS)

  1. Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Notifications

  2. Under Customers notifications, find Super Local Delivery > Delivered

  3. Paste the following code at the bottom of the Content section.

Shipping > Delivered(Email)

Used for non Super Local Delivery/Shopify Standard shipping orders

  1. Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Notifications

  2. Under Customers notifications, find Shipping > Delivered

  3. Paste the following code at the bottom of the Email body (HTML) section.

Shipping > Delivered(SMS)

  1. Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Notifications

  2. Under Customers notifications, find Super Local Delivery > Delivered

  3. Paste the following code at the bottom of the Content section.
