Add Customer's Signature to Delivery Confirmation Email and SMS on Shopify

Guide to editing Shopify notification templates to include customer signatures.

Super Local Delivery > Delivered(Email)

  1. Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Notifications

  2. Customers notifications > Super Local Delivery > Delivered

  3. Paste the following code at the bottom of the Email body (HTML) section.
    ​

Do not forget to click on Save.

Super Local Delivery > Delivered(SMS)

  1. Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Notifications

  2. Customers notifications > Super Local Delivery > Delivered

  3. Paste the following code at the bottom of the Content section.
    ​

Do not forget to click on Save.

Shipping > Delivered(Email)

Used for non Super Local Delivery/Shopify Standard shipping orders

  1. Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Notifications

  2. Customers notifications > Shipping > Delivered

  3. Paste the following code at the bottom of the Email body (HTML) section.

Shipping > Delivered(SMS)

  1. Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Notifications

  2. Customers notifications > Super Local Delivery > Delivered

  3. Paste the following code at the bottom of the Content section.

Do not forget to click on Save.
